  • for the construction of warehouses and production facilities - at a distance of up to 2 km from the road junctions of freeways or expressways
  • for the construction of commercial buildings - in any city with a population of more than 2,500 people (including, in particular, provincial cities, county repair cities and cities with municipal offices)
  • for the construction of office buildings, hotels, dormitories, aparthotels - in the strict centers of provincial cities and in very close proximity to public transport or subway stops
  • we are also looking for plots of unregulated planning situation and agricultural land, in the above-mentioned locations
  • we are also interested in areas developed with objects that require demolition or reconstruction (such as workshops, halls, car washes, houses, yards, parking lots, tenements).
