  • Coordination of the design  process.

  • Verification of design compliance with client guidelines.
  • Participation in design approvals.
  • Coordination of the implementation of design changes.
  • Archiving and communicating designs to project participants.
  • Technical verification of designs, checking  completeness and compliance of designs with applicable regulations.

  • Execution of the project using BIM methodology.
  • Preparation of a BEP (BIM Execution Plan) document defining BIMstandards at all project stages.
  • Preparation of the CDE platform.
  • Ongoing administration of the CDE platform.  
  • Training of client personnel in the use of CDE.  
  • Merging branch projects into a coordinating 3D model
  • Conducting periodic BIM coordination meetings with information onthe status of advancement of the 3D model.
  • BIM coordination (checking industry models, detecting clashes,checking compliance with BEP).
