  • Acting as Investor Supervision Inspectors in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Construction Process Supervision.
  • Checking the compliance of the performed works with the construction design and the Building Law regulations.
  • Monitoring the compliance with basic health and safety rules on the construction site.
  • Participation in the vanishing works acceptance and final acceptance procedures.

Tenant Coordination

  • Representing the Client before all participants of the investment process.
  • Technical support during lease agreement negotiations.
  • Support in contacts with new and existing tenants.
  • Preparing Tenant Handbook.
  • Preparing cost estimates and framework schedules.
  • Coordinating tenant's contracting companies.
  • Implementing documentation workflow and approval procedures.
  • Transferring the as-built documentation.
  • Coordinating the process of obtaining occupancy and use permits.
